This home is undeniably Charleston style and built in a Charlestonian themed neighborhood. The lot forms a point on a small bay and the intra-coastal waterway. Views of the water are seen from nearly every room and porches were positioned to capture more than 180 degrees of the water view. When discussing architectural style during initial consultations our clients leaned heavily towards Spanish Mediterranean. Arches between columns were incorporated along with simulated wrought iron railings on the wrap around porch.
